Brisk, aggressive acidity rules the palate making serving temperature critical. Too cold a temp masks the subtle fruit flavors of the wine, so let’s enjoy this between 45-50* served with a pan-fried red snapper filet finished with a beurre blanc sauce accented with fresh dill and sliced avocado.
