• Children, pets and outside food are not allowed in the Winegarden or Barrel Room.

• Outside alcohol is not allowed on the property.

• If any member of your group is intoxicated, we will not serve anyone in the group.

We are a pet-friendly property. Animals are not allowed inside the Winegarden or Barrel Room. Well-behaved pets are welcome on the patios and the lawn near the vineyard. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while at the Estate. Please remember to clean up after your pet. Bags are provided near the patio.

PLEASE NOTE: Kuhlman Cellars is home to several vineyard dogs. While they usually don’t work on the weekends, they might be running through the vines (or napping on the patio) during the week. They are all very friendly and very well fed - please don’t share your food with them!

• Food allergies and/or restrictions can be accommodated only with advance notification of at least 24 hours.

• Please e-mail appointments@kuhlmancellars.com to notify us of any special requests.

• Guests who arrive ten or more minutes after their reservation time will forfeit their reservation and all fees associated.

• Note, we have a small kitchen in our Bistro, and we prepare everything to order. To reduce delays please call or email ahead with a large group.

• We host our large groups at the beginning of the day. If your group would like to schedule an afternoon visit, please call 512-920-2675 to discuss options.

• Our booking system does not accept same-day reservations.

• Walk-Ins are always welcome. We will accommodate as able.

• Logo glasses are NOT included as part of your visit but we do have them available for purchase at $10.00/glass.
